Shenbai Auto is now promoting the TX5, a truck-mounted crane built specifically for heavy-duty applications.

Powered by a Weichai 320HP engine paired with a Howo 9-speed transmission, the TX5 delivers proven reliability and performance. The chassis features a triple-layer frame and a 13-ton rear axle with three differential locks, ensuring stability under heavy loads and on rough terrain. The upper is equipped with a Sany Palfinger SPS35000-TEC – 14 tons, 6-section boom, with a maximum working radius of nearly 24 meters. The 9-sided boom profile provides superior load-bearing capacity, while negative-angle operation allows the boom to work below horizontal for complex job site conditions.

The cab is based on the original German MAN body, featuring 4-point suspension and advanced crumple zone technology for enhanced occupant safety in emergency situations. The driver‘s seat is an aviation-style air-suspension seat with multi-way adjustment and lumbar support, delivering sedan-level comfort even under heavy-duty conditions.

The TX5 is also equipped with an SP10 controller, integrating torque limiting, remote control, and display functions. The original remote control provides real-time lifting data for more precise and safer operation. A six-zone torque protection system ensures safe directional control under overload conditions, further enhancing operational safety.
